Mehta Apartments

Three brothers and a sister inherited a plot of land in Shanti Niketan, New Delhi. The plot has a park on two sides, a neighbour on one side, and a neighbourhood road in front. They wanted three apartments each. None of the twelve apartments has the same area or layout.

There are four floors of 837 sqm (9,000 sqft) each, with basement parking underneath. The building is white with horizontal bands of dark grey. The roof terrace is designed for relaxing and socialising. There are built-in planters and benches. Pergolas provide shade from the sun.

Main contractor: Manu Rajendra & Vikas Sharma, NVM Design & Contracts. Completed in: Feb 2026.
